GSA’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a governmentwide, multi-agency, multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle designed to provide federal agencies with flexible, efficient access to complex professional services solutions. OASIS+ supports a broad spectrum of primarily non-IT services—including management and advisory, technical and engineering, logistics, research and development, and enterprise solutions—organized into functional domains aligned with NAICS codes. The program enables agencies to issue task orders across all contract types (e.g., cost, fixed price, and hybrid) and supports both CONUS and OCONUS requirements. By consolidating legacy vehicles such as OASIS, HCaTS, and BMO, OASIS+ streamlines procurement, expands service offerings, and provides access to a highly qualified pool of contractors, allowing agencies to efficiently acquire mission-critical services through a Best-in-Class acquisition approach.​
